February 26th 2007 12:38
I've been so exhausted lately primarily because I have too much on my plate right now. I may have to rethink my priorities as far as my career is concerned, I have too many responsibilities to attend to that it's starting to take its toll on me.

So I hope you'll understand when I post another irrelevant yet interesting blog entry...

Apparently my Japanese name is this -

How old are you mentally?

February 24th 2007 14:18
My birthday is coming up soon and as usual i really don't feel a year older. I honestly feel like I'm still in my 20's, but according to this quiz, I'm still in my teens. Boy, that explains a lot, LOL. Just for the fun of it I'm posting it here so you can take the quiz too.

A Valentine's Gift for All of You

February 14th 2007 23:26
Hi guys! Discovered something new on the web today and wanted to share it with all of you. Since it's V-Day I created a playlist about some of my favorite songs with a message of...what else but Hope of course Click on the green button to activate.

For what is life if we don't have hope in our hearts? Hope is what keeps us going each day despite the setbacks, obstacles or heartaches we may face. It is what makes us get up each morning when what we really want is to desperately go back to bed. It is what makes us smile inspite of our problems. It is what makes us see the good out of every personal struggles we may have.

I wish you all a HAPPY VALENTINE'S DAY!!! Keep the hope alive.

What is you favorite song about hope?

(You can create your own playlist by signing up to imeem. If you do, please let me know so I can visit your blog and listen to your playlist.)

My Husband Gave Me Orange Roses

February 7th 2007 00:35
Yep, he did for Valentine's Day when we were first going out. I remember the flowers were so beautiful, he gave me three long-stemmed roses arranged in a pretty little bow. The color baffled me though i asked him what it meant and his reply was that he wanted to give me red roses but the flower shop ran out of it. .

Well it turns out that orange roses signifies desire, a running joke between us, each claiming we married each other because of our "hot bodies" [insert laughter here]. It became a running joke because each year we stayed married we seemed to have gained weight, which we are trying to shed off now. So my discovery of the meaning of orange roses just affirms my suspicions

I Used to Think Dr. Seuss was Weird

February 3rd 2007 04:51
Honestly, when I was first introduced to Dr. Seuss books I thought it was weird. The illustration was kinda eerie and the text didn't make sense. But as I finished one Dr. Seuss book after another I quickly changed my mind and bowed down to the brilliance that is Dr. Seuss.

These books were written by Theodor Seuss Geisel who, in case you didn't know, wasn't really a doctor but an artist and a writer. Some of the books he'd written are Green Eggs and Ham, Fox In Socks, The Cat in the Hat and If I Ran the Zoo, to name a few.
