Happy New Year to all! May 2007 be a year of wonderful discoveries and opportunities for all of us. Here's a short video clip of the fireworks display in my hometown.
So what do you resolve to do this year? At the top of my list is for me to be more focused, especially when it comes to my writing. Let me know your goals for 2007.

New Year, three unpleasant things already taken care of, started brilliantly on 'more disciplined', then not so hot since, less blogging, gradually getting there.
How about you?

Well, my writing, of course, then spending time with my children, having a healthy, happy baby in May 2007 and finding myself again.
All the usual stuff !!!
Oh ... and to lose weight, of course.

Usually, I resolve to do things like getting fit, or not drinking so much... but this year I've decided to be a bit more general. For instance, one of my resolutions is to think about how my actions effect others, more. It's sort of one of the paths of buddism - right thought.
But also... I definitely need to work harder at my writing. Task one: Stop procrastinating!

Nice to know your year is starting off right. Yeah, I need to work on being more disciplined myself. I have a tendency to procrastinate and then feel stressed because of things piling up.
Andrea,
Wow, a baby in 2007! That will make your baby a Taurus, like me
Bhumika,
Learning to cook is one of the things I've crossed off my list since I got married. I tell ya when there's nobody else who wants to do it, you will feel the urge to learn
George,
Welcome to Orble! I see you picked up Parents Precinct. I love that blog name! Best wishes for 2007 as well.
Joe Blogg,
Aaaah, such noble goals. Kudos to you.
Kate,
Procrastinating is my #1 enemy. What I do is i write down the things I need to do for the day and tape it where i can see it. It has helped me become more focused.
Thanks for all the response! i've been really late with replying to comments but I appreciate all your comments.
