Hannah Montana Music Jam Game

Hannah Montana Music Jam Game

Hannah Montana, a very popular tv series on the Disney Channel, is now available as a game for Nintendo DS. Music Jam is rated E for Everyone and I'm sure fans of Hannah Montana will enjoy playing this game.

Adventure Play has four levels, on each level there are certain tasks that needs to be completed. These tasks may be to find a certain object, person or to play a game. Games are scored, with A as the highest and F as the lowest grade. Each task or game you complete unlocks an item. Games include: Photo Shoot, Art Project, Pizza Maker, Ice Skating, Locker Lady, RC Car Racing and Voice Coach (you can play this using a microphone or the stylus).Unlocked items may be clothes that can be accessed by going to the Change Station. There are also 40 items, such as video effects, scattered throughout the game that needs to be found. Also, keep an eye on your Friend and Fan Meter to make sure it's at the maximum level.

The character changes from Hannah to Miley by going to the Change Station. Once there you can mix and match outfits for Hannah to wear, Miley has a default outfit. Hannah/Miley is guided by a Map showing different locations: House, Beach, School, Shops, Business Park, Mall and Movie Set. Hannah is also expected to practice her instruments such as Rhythm Guitar, Bass Guitar, Lead Guitar and Drums.

At the end of every level you will be prompted to make a music video. You can choose the song and video effects to make your video more appealing. Once you're staisfied with your video you can submit it and see how well you did by tapping the Progress icon.

Aside from Adventure Play, there is also Creative Play where you can make videos or compose tunes. The Extras has the games and instruments that have been unlocked, you can play them again or practice the instruments some more.

Of all the games we have for the Nintendo DS, Hannah Montana Music Jam is my favorite so far. My daughter and I enjoyed playing it, especially completing the tasks and practicing the instruments. There is so much to do in this game, it also allows multiplayers to join in the fun. You can share and upload your videos with other players through Wi-Fi connection.

On a scale of 1 to 5 with 5 as the highest, I give Hannah Montana Music Jam, my first 5-star rating.

Pre-Valentine Reminiscing

February 11th 2008 13:04
My husband and I have been together for 10 years - 2 years as boyfriend/girlfriend and 8 years as husband and wife. We met through a blind date that was set-up by our friends and I still remember feeling very at ease with him when we first met. It was like we've known each other for a long time, we talked non-stop and enjoyed each other's company.

Ten years later we are still together and now raising a family. We've had our share of ups and downs, of moments when our relationship was put to the test. Relationships does take a lot of work, of compromises, acceptance and above all, unconditional love. But what I've learned through all these is that we cannot change someone. We can, however, change how we perceive that person and hopefully in time they will change for the better.

My First Tarot Card Reading

February 2nd 2008 12:47
Years ago a friend of mine introduced me to a palm reader. Now, I'm not a huge believer of fortune telling but I'm also not one to shy away from an opportunity. And so I had my palm read and it was actually a fascinating experience. After the reading I went home and wrote down what the palm reader told me, I don't recall everything she said but I do remember she mentioned my first child will be a girl and that I was going to marry someone who was a few years younger than me. Both came true.

Nevertheless I still don't take fortune telling seriously and I think even the fortune tellers themselves will tell you that a person's destiny still lies in his/her own hands. My view on this subject is, if you want to have your fortune told then do it but don't take it too seriously. You are still the one who controls your destiny.
