What is the Gifted Parenting blog and what makes it different?
To answer that I must first give you a little info about myself. My name is Hope, I'm a freelance writer, independent songwriter, married for seven years and a mom to a six year old gifted child. The picture on top of my blog is a picture of my daughter. The small image you see each time I post is a painting my daughter made when she was 5 years old. Her name is Angela.
This blog will be about gifted children and how parents can effectively nurture their gifted child. What makes it different is that you will read posts not from the point of view of a pyschologist, but from the experiences of a parent. This blog aims to chronicle the ups and downs of parenting a gifted child.
