I Never Learn

Yesterday I received an email from my Editor, it was a nice letter basically telling me I'm performing my job well. Of course this made me very happy and excited so I began writing a response. Halfway through my letter I accidentally hit the back button and since I haven't saved what i've typed up, everything was erased. Bummer.
So today I decided to sit down and answer my Editor's email, this time I reminded myself to stop and save what i've typed so I won't accidentally lose it. I was typing, it was becoming long, but my mind was racing, my fingers could hardly keep up and i didn't want to stop. And then.....yes, I hit the back button again and everything was gone!
Sometimes I never learn.
The moral of the story: When writing an important and long email, it's better to do it on MS Word

What e-mail client are you using? MS Outlook?? A decent e-mail client shouldn't allow you to delete your entire message by accident - try switching to Google Mail (I can send you an invite) or, if you like your e-mail address and have POP access, use Mozilla Thunderbird.

I use Webmail, it also logs me out after a few minutes. I'm sure it has tsomething o do with my settings. Now that you've mentioned it, i was thinking of upgrading and updating my Freebies Galore blog but haven't found the time yet. Thanks for your help!

Aaah, don't we just love re-writing a particularly long email? LOL. I ended up doing it on MS Word and it was shorter than my original letter
