I Used to Think Dr. Seuss was Weird

Honestly, when I was first introduced to Dr. Seuss books I thought it was weird. The illustration was kinda eerie and the text didn't make sense. But as I finished one Dr. Seuss book after another I quickly changed my mind and bowed down to the brilliance that is Dr. Seuss.
These books were written by Theodor Seuss Geisel who, in case you didn't know, wasn't really a doctor but an artist and a writer. Some of the books he'd written are Green Eggs and Ham, Fox In Socks, The Cat in the Hat and If I Ran the Zoo, to name a few.
His writing style is whimsical and he makes use of rhyming to help kids learn how to read. Here's a clip I found, it's an animation of the book Green Eggs and Ham.
