My faith in raffles has been restored.....

I've been really sick for days but now I'm feeling better. Still a little weak but certainly feeling much better. I also lost some weight 'cause i haven't been eating much these past few days. And it's ironic really given that this month is the season for overeating. Last night i attended my husband's office party and the buffet table was overflowing with food. Alas, I didn't have any appetite. And this evening we went to a house-warming party and again I didn't have that much of an appetite. Looking on the bright side though i did lose some weight
Anyway, as I mentioned I attended my husbands office party last night. it was held at the Hilton and there were lots of food, games and of course prizes. Towards the end of the party there was a raffle, we weren't expecting to win cause we're not really lucky when it comes to raffles. But you know what happened? We did win! Yes, great things happen when you least expect it.
It's really awesome cause we won the two top prizes, one is a Motorola Razr cell phone and the other is a free overnight stay with meals and drinks at the Hilton. Needless to say my faith in raflles has been restored.
