Each child is different and as parents we must learn how to nurture each child according to their personalities. For example, being overly critical to a shy child will further cause that child to withdraw inward. On the other hand, showering too much undeserved praise on a child also has negative effects. I found this touching movie that is especially meant for parents and educators. The movie is about honoring a child's individuality and finding the right balance to further nurture that child.
